I highly recommend Canton Martial Arts 100%. It's just a shame I didn't actually join approximately 12 years ago when my neice was a member. My sister and neices are now members and are doing fantastic with the progress they have made, I thought it was time for me to do the jump and become a member. I can not recommend Folkestone Dojo enough. Jokyu Jay and Lisa do an absolutely fantastic job of running the Dojo. As soon as you walk into the Dojo, you are a family member. They are approachable, supportive, welcoming, and many other things that make the dojo work. All the members also treat you with respect. They are friendly, supportive, and very understanding. No matter what your limits are, they are always right behind you, guiding you and encouraging you. Despite having a history of anxiety, depression and health conditions Canton Martial Arts supported me with adapting my training, without feeling like i was failure and i couldnt do it, Canton Martial Arts has pushed me to the limits I never knew I had, my expectations of myself have always been low but I have proven to myself everything and anything is possible. So thank you so much, Jokyu Jay, Lisa, Sensei's, coaches, and all the members. Give I could give more stars I wouldThank you, Canton Martial Arts, for giving me the opportunity to be part of your family.

Absolutely incredible team that has helped my children grow in confidence, discipline and health! Absolutely fantastic I would recommend anyone gives it a go young or old :) this team has become a family and will never ever be forgotten!
