        At 46 years old I was out of shape and looking for a way to get fit, I saw the website and called the number, a few days later I was in there (feeling a bit silly), "surely this is a young man's sport" how wrong I was, 5 years later. I'm smashing all the gradings and loving my new hobby, with my new family.

        Super friendly family club! Everyone is so welcoming. All instructors are taking time and go the extra mile to explain the katas even to the youngest ones! My son loves it and would go every day if he could :) can highly recommend!
