        Im approaching 50 and have started the kick boxing fundamental classes as a change to cardio sessions at the gym. Im a beginner but theres no contact and no one trying to hurt you, in fact the more experienced students are all really helpful. Anil makes the classes understandable and enjoyable, and the time passes quickly. Id recommend it to anyone

        I trained with Anil for a long time. He draws on a wealth of experience to improve you. He genuinely cares and will be as excited as you are with your progress. PT sessions will be tailiored to your needs. Group classes will start with an excellent mobility routine and will be well thought out, varied and interesting. I miss his classes in London!

        My review is long overdue but only because I probably cant find enough superlatives to say how amazing Coach Anil is. I enjoyed the boxing training but when I started PTs with Anil he changed my perspective altogether. He honed what little natural skills I had, got me sparring and built my confidence and took my learning process to a different level. Best boxing Coach EVER!
