From the very first point of contact I've had terrible service. Applied online for a West account but after over a week had heard nothing so rang in only to be spoken to incredibly obnoxiously by the person who answered and told, unapologetically, that I'd have to wait another week as someone was off sick. Explained it was urgent but they rudely said I should have explained the expediency required in the online form! I would have, had I known that an application would take weeks. Told them to dispose of my application only to have a rep visit me weeks later out of the blue. Sent her a completed form over a month ago and have heard absolutely nothing. It's been nearly three months since I first applied. Dreadful customer service, poor organisational skills and poor communication skills. I've now gone elsewhere, where service is far more reliable and where small craft businesses are not snubbed!

Really disappointing service. Ordered items 30th June, paid and one month later still not arrived. Spoken to rep who has fobbed me off constantly. Asked for items not Instock to be held on back order and to send what they had, rep agreed but then nothing. Requested cancellation and refund and instead told order would be chased. Again nothing.
