Used Laide's services Aspray Kent when we had a bathroom leak into our living room. Laide organised and managed everything smoothly from builders to materials from start to finish. This was the best thing I did when I had irreversible damage done to my garden. Laide took control of everything and was able to get the contents of my garden replaced and made to look the way it was before. Like nothing ever happened. Bodge repair and bathroom replacement with cracking and failing floor tiles. This has been going on now since Oct 2018 and although the work was signed off and paid for at a cost of 9,500, to my insurance company they were called back time and time again to resolve the floor issue which remained. The grouting and tiles were moving and cracking as the flooring was substandard. My tenant then signed off the repairs and within 4 months we had to use the 12 month guarantee as it failed yet again. They are now chasing my old insurance company for extra funds (another 4,500) and claim they have to pay them direct which is something insurance companies never do. They are obviously corrupt and this whole situation stinks. This will be a cost of 14000 to replace a standard bathroom which continues to fail. Absolutely disgusting.
