Use the pool most days, changing rooms are basic but clean and staff are lovely. Could do with an update

Great little pool, good temperature and clean facilities. Not so keen on the communal changing room but that is personal choice. Will be using again

The team, in particular Jamie provide a very welcoming experience. Always very helpful and provide a hassle free experience. Jamie is always keeping things to a very high standard. I have been going for a number of months and have never seen things slip. We go for Puddle Ducks, the children's swimming leasons. This is also very inclusive and my son has come on very quickly. Teaching staff are second to none. Great location, so a walk around the Harbour Arm afterwards is great.

Decent place to workout take a dip in the pool afterwards or hit the sauna both are good

Came down to use the pool at Spindles gym. Shelly (lovely lady who served us) was accommodating, friendly and always put customer service first. I am now going to become a member based on the fact I have never had such great service and friendly atmosphere from a gym. I also left a very valuable item in the changing rooms. It was the next day before I realised. I went to the gym and an another honest member of the gym handed it to Shelly. Shelly then saved my bacon by putting aside for me to collect when I next came in. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!!!
