        admittedly I find their attitude rather strange, my company spends nearly 10k per year on insurance with them. They are quick enough to ask for payment but not very helpful with anything else.

        The experience was awful, due to a completely dismissive and uninterested member of staff: Kevin Beattey. Before talking to him I considered to amend an existing insurance and start one or two further ones with the company, after our conversation I cancelled everything with them. I also think that I was sold an overpriced insurance. UK
