Mark is excellent at what he does, an expert at making you feel so relaxed you pretty much float in the clouds for an hour. Great helping me with stress and general anxiety issues, wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and will definitely be using him again in the future

This was five star. Mark makes you feel welcome and relaxed. He gets to understand the reason for your visit through gentle questions and then clarifies drawing out some of the reasons why people get anxious. Technique and then relaxation and the four sessions I had have made a difference. Thanks.

The sessions were extremely relaxing and I was surprised at the lack of pain in my shoulder, which had troubled me for a number of years. I also felt clarity of mind and some relief from negative thoughts that have been bothering me, so that I was able to work on projects I where had been feeling stuck. Felt more energised. :)

When my 15yr old daughter surprised us all and announced shed sat in the garden for the afternoon and hadnt felt anxious about wasps and bees nearby, I knew instantly that Mark had helped her immeasurably. With just one session Mark had made her feel safe, welcomed and listened to. She left feeling stronger and with an all round more positive mindset.
