        Locals have lost a large section of beach, loads of their parking spaces that are paid for permit spaces, and are constantly complaining about the building dust coming in to their homes. Sure the flats will be nice, but out of reach financially to locals, and the area is set to be a building site for another 10 years or so :(

        Must be the site but I see no details of plans, prices, availability and possible occupancy dates!! Plus of course anticipated monthly costs , taxes etc. etc.
