I haven't managed to stay in this hotel, so this review is about their customer service. I booked this in March to stay at the end of October. A couple of weeks ago I get a message saying thank you for cancelling your booking. I called customer services who told me that I had cancelled. When I explained that I hadn't they kept on saying that I had. They offered to rebook for me. I then called up the hotel directly who told me that I had never had a booking! They eventually admitted that they had been closed since July and that all bookings had been had been cancelled. No appolgy, no explanation as to why they had waited over 2 months to tell me. Overall I have found the customer service to be unhelpful and inaccurate. The fact that they offered to book me into a closed hotel demonstrates how disorganised they are.
