Headz The Crystal Shop

The quality of the crystals were good, however one of the staff working there was very rude. She looked like she was filming us and gave us glares when we werent doing anything wrong. Her phone was at an angle so it looked like she was recording or taking pictures of us and she was talking to the phone very discreetly. The whole experience there wasnt very welcoming, do better.

Went here today, such a beautiful shop with such great quality crystals. Was worth the trip. I Got loads of gorgeous pieces, such high quality for excellent prices. Cant wait to return :)

I just popped into this shop with my 10-year-old niece, who loves crystals. She picked out a piece of Howlite, but instead of letting us pay for it, the lovely proprietor insisted on giving it to her as a Christmas gift. We were very touched by this generous gesture, and will be going back to actually spend some money in the shop very soon! There are lots of beautiful things to choose from.

Had a browse a good selection of crystals, would have been nice some music in tbe background as the atmosphere felt a bit stale. When I went up to pay for my bit's, I said I was paying by card and she said well I've done it but you haven't done anything. She never pointed to me the card machine was ready. It felt like a snappy remark and I felt like just leaving without paying after she said that. Not sure, I will be returning

The Crystals and the shop itself is very good quality. However, one of the staffs which was an old women made me and my friends and feel very unwelcomed . We were looking around and she would not stop giving us all glares. As some of us were choosing crystals we can buy from the pit of crystals, we were rummaging through the stuff and then we noticed she had her phone out at an angle that was quite suspicious and made us feel uncomfortable. It was obvious from the angle of her phone that it was facing us and she did not try to hide that. I dont know if she actually was filming us, but the way she acted towards us made us result to think that. This even made my friend cry because of how scared she was. However there is another owner there which is extremely sweet. It was this old guy and he was super helpful and even gave us free crystals for me and my friends.
