Very professional and caring from my first phone call to them, prior and after my mums funeral. Special mention for Nicki in the Cheriton office, made the whole process easier for my family, explaining all documentation and keeping in touch on an almost daily basis !. The other key person was Hannah, who was in charge the day of the funeral, advising us exactly what the programme would be, and it all panned out as expected.

The funeral directors I used were really caring and helpful. Couldnt ask for more care and consideration both on the day and during the run up to the funeral. They managed all the things we needed easily. Thank you.

I wish to thank the whole team at Hambrook and Johns in Cheriton Folkestone. One person stands out with exceptional service and that is Nikki. At a time of great distress I found her calming and very professional and showing immense empathy guided me through the very sad task of arranging my mothers funeral. From the first phone call I made to the office Nikki reassured me and further calls checking how I was and how the arrangements were coming together really made me feel looked after On the day of the funeral everything went very smoothly and the team made me feel proud I had given my mother the best funeral possible. I highly recommend Hambrook and Johns for their 1st class service at a very sad time that may affect each and everyone of us one day.
