Accepted my order on uber eats despite not being open until 4pm earliest. Food is nice but terrible organisation skills, not happy.

Ordered via ubereats. The two cheeseburgers I ordered both came without any cheese and my special instructions were ignored. Feel a bit robbed to pay 28 for a few burgers that were bland and without the main ingredient of a cheeseburger Im really not the person to write reviews online but this stirred me the wrong way considering I couldnt get through on the phone either Probably wont order again.

Delivery took a while when it finally did turn up the burger was raw.

Had a pop at the new menu with the chuck and brisket patties. Tried the chili burger and the cheesburger. Very disappointed. Patties were dry and over seasoned with pepper. Toasted Brioche buns turned out to be normal sesame buns. Rosemary chips had no rosemary and way too much salt. Chili burger had no mayo and was way too dry. Cheeseburger had no onions. Weve eaten here regularly for over two years so I hope this is a one off experience but it may be a while til we try again

Visited Folkestone and stopped here for lunch. The food was excellent (we had flatbread), flavourful and we'll presented. The chicken was tender and moist and the cauliflower was perfectly seasoned. We also enjoyed the selection of drinks available which included several fruity gins and non alcoholic beers.
