        Very helpful staff, came out and measured up, then we popped in store to pick the floor coverings, there was a large choice, we picked and paid straight away, have booked the fitting now and I can't wait!

        Probably fine if your installation goes well and the product has no problems. If it does then heaven help you because it took 10 weeks of ringing, visiting the showroom and arguing to get a 5 day old faulty product replaced. Appalling aftercare, some very rude and untruthful staff, and zero apology at any point. Shame because the showroom range was good, the salesman was great and the carpet fitter was a nice guy. But based on my experience, I couldnt use them again. Service: Install flooring
