The gentleman l am a carer for lost power in his sockets downstairs including oven, Electric hob, microwave, Television, telephone and radio and being vulnerable IE housebound due to the coronervirus was becoming upset due to the interruption. l contacted Mark from Pope Electricals and he was happy to come out on a Saturday evening to deal with the issue. Mark quoted an hour to meet up which gave me time to get some money to pay him, l returned to find him just arrived, very friendly and he told the owner not to worry he will sort out the problem. true to his word Mark checked around the electrics and soon found the problem and repaired it without any fuss. Both the man l care for and myself would certainly use him again and would suggest giving Mark a call and have a chat.

Food was great and wouldn't got 5 stars, if it wasn't for one young male staff member playing with his hair and touching plates - not very hygienic at all should've been wearing a hat or something
