Outstanding work on 2 windows. Company has poor communication skills. I was told they would come this morning between and 9. 00 they did not turn up. No one answering phone, asking for money back!

We had the majority of our windows replaced by Winstanley and recommend them to anyone looking to do the same. They came in with a very competitive quote (we had 3 other quotes) but had a long lead time as they are very busy. Luckily it was well worth the wait as the quality of the windows is very good and the two workmen who came to fit them (Mark and Kegan) were absolutely brilliant, they showed up on time every day, were polite and accommodating and above all else extremely skilled and delivered a brilliant job, they also cleaned up after themselves and left the place as they found it. will 100% use Winstanley windows again and am happy to recommend it to friends and colleagues.

Had a many windows over the years all still working fine, had trouble with one came out within few days to sort problem, also had glazing done on a Victorian porch and door very good work. Very happy and many thanks

Had my windows fixed and refitted and the workmen who came (sorry I can't remember your names!) were absolutely brilliant, they really went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the end result and that all issues were resolved. I have plenty of experience with workmen and really appreciate this level of integrity and face to face customer care. The fact that such a very human interaction left such an impression on me highlights how this isn't always the case. Definitely recommend, they were quick and very competent. Thank you for such a positive experience!
