Perfect Windows Kent Ltd

Paul provided excellent service in the installation of my front door for which I paid in excess of 1500, however, the threshold cracked and fragmented and despite many requests on my part, more than a year on, Im still waiting for a promised visit to replace this part. As mentioned, Ive waited a year, briefly couldnt fit in with this companys schedule at Christmas, then was told Id need to pay 120 for replacement which should have been part of the aftercare service. Disappointed.

Paul gave a great service with his estimate. The door fitter, Jake and his team, were polite, friendly, great communication and turned up on time and did a great job. Would thoroughly recommend this company and will use them again

Paul was extremely helpful and friendly when first visiting us to quote for two doors and seven windows. Didn't mind spending time explaining all our different options and repeating anything we didn't quite understand. He kept us updated with ordering and fitting dates. Fitting was great, very little mess and well cleaned up afterwards. We have also had a five door Bi-fold system installed which, again, has been great. Paul again spent plenty of time explaining everything to us and even came and spoke to the builder knocking the wall out. The fitters were very helpful and friendly and extremely tidy. We would definitely recommend Perfect Windows to anyone looking to replace any of their windows or doors. Thanks to Paul and his team it has been a good experience.

Trying to write a review on this page is murder, I get half way through and I cannot see what I am writing so excellent company, clean tidy and certainly live up to their name. Fantastic workmanship, so if you are looking a great company that does the job on time for a fair price, give them a call. I would highly recommend Perfect windows (Kent) Ltd. Recently had all our windows fitted by Paul and Team, could not fault them at all. Paul was very helpful throughout the process and worked around my days off to have them fitted. The fitters also were very professional on the day of fitting they covered up all areas they were working on and also hoovered wherever once finished. We also asked them to look at our French doors that's were ill fitted from somewhere else they didn't even bat an eye lid when asking them to look at them and gave their professional opinion. We will be using Paul and his team again in the future, highly recommended. Thank you guys Alex and Sam
