        You'll phone all day trying to get an appointment with no luck. Managed to get a freak one only online call back. Two weeks later went in person to see if my xray results were back. Told to get an appointment with the Dr. Hows that going to happen. Waste of time at the New Surgery.

        Awful surgery Took me an hour to get into a que system. Altogether 1 hour 20 ,only to find all appointments gone!! I was calling for my friend that is disabled. Now having to take her to the Royal Vic to see a Doctor.

        Doctor asked me to call. Spent an hour on the phone yesterday was 6 in the queue an hour later it was answered and was told everyone had gone. Tried again this morning, called 50 times didnt even get on a wait line. Doctors good shame you cannot see them

        Care, kindness, compassion (and a face to face appointment) are some of the things you won't find at this surgery. Dr. Malcolm must have skipped lectures that day. Though I hear if you're female it helps.
