        Constant problems. Terrible communication. Incompetent handling of urgent issues. Failure to provide effective medical support or service over and over and over again. Extremely disappointing

        Called over 500 times this morning!!! No answer "line busy" what happened to being put into a queue?! This is actually ridiculous I just need some antibiotics so I can go to work!!!!!!! They are still pushing the whole "covid" thing! Like come on! How long are they going to get away with that now... things should be back to normal. If I have to go too work as normal then I should be able to get an appointment
