One man band "Department Store" One thing I have learned always check them out on Companies House website before parting with your money. Look at the amount of so called companies they have had and how long they are open for. Reveals all. You will only get your refund by contacting your bank for a chargeback. When calling Willos "Department Store" which is basically a small basement in Folkestone you'll hear they are busy and a member of the "team" will be with you shortly, eventually you might get though and it will be the same fella, the owner, who will give you every excuse under the sun for the reason you haven't got your goods.

Terrible experience. Ordered two products through their eBay platform and thought as it's a registered company I would receive a good level of service Unfortunately that wasn't the case... I have now been waiting well over a week for my items and constantly being ignored when asking for a tracking number. Why would you set up an eBay store if your not going to fulfill the orders? I personally would give this company a miss and use a reputable company instead.
