Steve came to the rescue when my memory card got jammed into my camera and I couldn't get the photos onto my computer. I desperately needed them for work and he came to my house and fixed the problem all within one hour. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

For a small company like ours, with no IT or computer specialist staff, Steve's name is the most important one in the Contacts list.
