I've been having trouble with my Dell Inspiron one PC which is nearly 12 years old. It has been such a good computer so I really didn't want to replace it. I happened to be talking about it to a colleague at the Golf Club who recommended that I speak to Williams computers as he has used them on several occasions and they have always sorted his machines out. I therefore spoke with Dominic, who has been excellent-he has carried out several repairs to it and it is now working fine and is much faster. I am just so pleased that he could sort it out for me, so I would certainly recommend using them if you have any issues with your PC's etc.

I have been using Williams Computing for several years and always had excellent experiences. Last year they resurrected an 11 year old PC which was super slow and then refusing to turn on. When I got it back it was like a new machine. Today I took in a MacBook which was not charging. Problem diagnosed and resolved in minutes along with an external hard drive which was also not functioning. I would recommend them to anyone for the friendly, knowledgeable and helpful service.

I phoned up to see if they fixed TV's I was told they didn't. However, Dominic gave me wonderful advice over the phone and via email which enabled me to get a refund on my TV. Excellent could not rate more highly. Justin
