I recently moved into a rental property and the carpets were not great, there was a lot of stains and wear and tear but our landlord wasn't willing to change them as it was only a 'cosmetic' issue and not life or death. I have to say, in all my years I've never been so impressed with a service. After calling Richard, he managed to fit us in quickly and sorted both our carpet and our sofa. The condition is now like-new and we are so happy we came across Richard's business. Richard was so polite, informative on future care and it came across that he really does enjoy his job. A friend of mine had recently used this company and had highly recommended them to me. It turns out I am very happy they did! Richard did an amazing job at cleaning my carpets in my living room, hall, stairs and bedrooms. I was amazed how clean they came up! Richard is such a nice guy too and kept me informed of what he was doing at all times. Before I had this service I was looking to get some new carpets but now I have no need to because after the carpet treatment he used they look like new again. I am so pleased, thank you Richard.
