        Ben at Nationwide was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and patient with me and my dad this Saturday when trying to figure out how to close a Child Trust Fund. He knew the answers to all the questions we asked him, and was able to word them in a way both me and my dad could understand! His patience and professionalism has convinced me to move from Halifax over the road to Nationwide, thank you again for all your help!

        Really helpful staff, so nice to have a bank branch that's open and welcoming. They treat my two children like the small adults they are which is fantastic!

        Opening an account in branch is sometimes more reliable than on a mobile and computer. It was clean and tidy there and wasn't very busy the staff were outstanding.
