We have been using Sterling Build for years and never had a problem, but in the past few weeks things have really gone downhill. What is happening? Been waiting 1 month now for one of my orders. Every time I ring, they hang up on me. Sort it out please!

Unfortunately a bit of a poor experience with this company. Ordered 3 Velux windows and selected the delivery date, however on the day of the expected delivery date we had no contact from them. So we called for an update, only to be told that the order wouldn't be delivered for another few weeks. At no point in the weeks leading up to our delivery date did they feel it would be important to pass on this information. Have now cancelled our order as had a roofer booked to complete the job and have ordered the windows from another company who can deliver the next day. Still waiting for our refund.

Having placed an order in July 2022 that to date had never showed this review should of been 0 stars. But after all the staff members that couldn't be bothered to help getting a refund 12/01 and then they decided to cancel the order 31/01, with a last attempt I called through and spoke to Jamie Fenech. Thank god he works he works there. he resolved the issue within 10 minutes and I finally will receive my order tomorrow after 8 months. If you ever buy through this company ask for Jamie!

I made a purchase of 76 +10 transport. Had to return it, got only 20 despite not even opening the boxes. Their return policy is a shamble. Online shop which has policy which in some cases make you pay 80% return fee. And it is 2023.

Very bad experience: I want to return the material I purchased from them few weeks ago. They have made the return process so difficult and fraught with surprises. Quite unreasonably now they want to usurp my money. The dispute has reached to the level when I am going to take them to a Court to get my money back. They are so unprofessional and cunning when they come to returns.
