        Arrived early for 2 pm appointment. Told the stylist was running 'a bit' late so was willing to wait. After 20 minutes was told it would be at least another 20 minutes which I thought was totally unacceptable and told her so. She told me I shouldn't have arrived early for my appointment then it wouldn't have seemed so long. I decided not to wait any longer at which point she apologised.

        Not going back again. My son showed a picture of a haircut he wanted, he grew his hair out for few months and all of it was shopped off and his hairstyle looked nothing like picture.
