We had the pleasure of working with Des on our plans for our building project. He is extremely thorough and really knows all there is to know about Planning and Building. He works really hard to get plans drawn up and applications submitted in reasonable time. His advice has been invaluable and overall he provided an extremely professional service.

I cannot recommend Des enough. Having had a negative experience with someone else who mis-advised us and wasted 18 months of our time it was a real turning point when we found him as we really were on the verge of giving up. Des gave me confidence from the moment I spoke with him. He did exactly what he said he would do, the timescales were spot on, from the initial visit, providing the drawings, making amendments super quick to planning approval within 8 weeks. His response times far exceeded our expectations. The builder we are appointing actually commented that the drawings and information are without question the most thorough he has ever come across. If you are looking to get a project off the ground, make Des your first call you won't regret it.
