Had a number of sessions with Thekla over the last 7-8 months and she has helped me overcome my anxiety and worries about life issues at home and at work. The tools she used where of great use to me and she took the time to make sure I understood what these would do to help deal with the mostly self inflicted pressures that modern life brings on to individuals such as myself. I highly recommend Thekla as a therapist she is not afraid to ask the difficult questions and will take the time to help you understand your issues and help you to find a way of dealing with them. I had sessions with Thekla, She has helped out a lot with my anxiety and learning how to cope with it/Destress I have been following the advice she has provided and included some of my own self-care methods to make sure that I stay on top of my anxiety - Thank you for the help it means a lot
