We were rescued by Paul James along the motorway into Manchester on New Year's eve 2022. We had our 2 Yr old daughter with us and it was late at night and very cold. We was so polite, helpful and friendly. We were waiting inside the tow truck whilst he loaded our car, he was so thoughtful by turning on the heating. He not only towed us to the nearest service station but also changed our tire for FREE! He was so very compassionate as we had our little girl with us, he worked quickly and we were on our way again an hour later. Just an absolute hero!!!!!! Services: Car towing, Tire change

My tyre blew up on the M6 roadworks just before junction 21A. Paul James arrived quickly and got myself, my wife and my baby daughter to safety in his tow vehicle before carefully loading my car. He drove us to the nearest services and fitted my spare tyre for us. We can't thank him enough for helping us out when we were stranded without roadside cover. Paul didn't need to help us but he did it anyway. He's a truly good samaritan and BDV are very lucky to have him represent them. I hope you see this message and know how grateful we are to you!
