Neil fitted two log burners for me in October '22 and I thought it was time to write a review. The whole process was very smooth. Neil promptly responded to my initial contact quickly and came and checked the site before quoting. The quote was very good (other fitters stated they couldn't match it), but, the quality of the work is even better. Both burners have been used quite a bit and they are excellent. So far there has not been asingle issue and I cannot praise Neil enough. A true craftsman who takes pride in his work and his customer service. Thank you.
