He oversaw the project management of design specs and surveyors technical approvals through to managing all necessary trades to get the high spec job done in a timely and cost conscious manner with a stunning final result.

Ken came round, we talked through ideas about our bathroom ( he enjoys a chat!). Settled on a plan and budget. Ken came up with his own thoughts and ideas during the job but always working with us. We are delighted with the outcome, it looks and feels great. Ken takes pride in his work and is a friendly helpful chap, even treating us to a new mirror for our bathroom. Thanks Ken!

Ken is very concientious and multi talented, a great 'one stop shop' for electrical, plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling, etc. Although he did the electrical safety checks, for some reason he is unwilling to provide electrical safety certification for work he has done. This will be a problem if you require building regs sign off or when you come to sell a property when documentation is required so I have downgraded my review. I have still have no problem with his work, but the documentation is a very important aspect of the job. Ken is a certified member of NICEIC and, after I logged the issue of certification with them, the problem was quickly and fully resolved. As a result I have now increased my rating, still disappointed I had to raise a problem with NICEIS but overall no issues hence 4 rather than 5 stars.

Ken is Reliable, hard working and professional. Could not recommend his work enough! If I could give him 10 stars I would! He completed all of our new fuse box, electrical plug sockets, ceiling lights, refurbishment and installation of our complete bathroom which looks incredible. All plumbing, tiling and clearance of old bathroom was complete. Ken is also very honest and will advise you professionally with excellent knowledge of practically everything. Everything was completed with an incredible finish! Ken communicated with us every other day and gave us progress of the work with pictures and video calls. Nothing was too much trouble. With very uncertain times due to this pandemic it was a relief to work with someone so trustworthy too.
