Jo trains men as well, which is not always clear. We have been training for around nine years now. Love the flexibility, constant change in exercises, keeping everything fresh and exciting, including my request to focus on boxing and now kick boxing. Jo knows how to help mend any niggles or injuries. When I train alone, I hear Jos words in my thoughts driving me on.

Jo is a fantastic, knowledgable and highly trained professional PT. I owe so much to Jo for my post natal recovery. She can tailor any exercise to suit your needs and always knows what will work best for you. I loved every second of her buggy Bootcamp classes and met some fantastic people along the way. Jo is still my go-to for pregnancy/ post natal exercise advice because I trust her and I know she understands the process our bodies go through, there is never a one size fits all approach. I cant recommend Jo highly enough!

I can't rate Jo highly enough. I've been training with her for around 6 years and over that time, not only has she helped me stay motivated with exercising, but she's helped educate me on food, nutrition and the body, and she's become a friend. She's so knowledgable, which shows in the training programmes she writes, and how she talks to me generally about health and fitness. She's encouraging without being pushy, and she is understanding, flexible and compassionate when life sometimes gets in the way! She's adapted my training from pre pregnancy, pregnancy and now post pregnancy, and always helps me push myself in our sessions - I can't thank her enough!

Jo is an outstanding personal trainer. Now in my 60s, and with a lifetime of sports and activity behind me, I wanted to improve my fitness and lose some weight. I found Jo through a mutual friend. Ive trained with her now for around 7 years. I have achieved all the goals I set and more. I learned a lot about my diet and how I could improve my overall nutrition, and was introduced to training techniques and exercises that Id not encountered before. I made more progress with Jos guidance , advice and support that I ever did through any gym membership. I cant recommend her highly enough.
