We first contacted Richard after our previous builder let us down converting our conservatory. Upon our first meeting we were confident we had found someone who wouldnt let us down and would do a great job. Richard and his team are professional, hard working, tidy and nothing is too much trouble ( even changing the height of the new windows once they had already been fitted because we changed our minds!) Richard took the time to talk us through all our options and was always on hand if we had any questions. We are so pleased with our new snug, it looks fantastic. Thank you to Richard and his Jackson Windows team for their excellent work. We decided to have our wooden decking replaced with a new type of decking composite material and it looks amazing. As a result, we have had several barbecues and we love sitting outside in our smart and stylish-looking garden.
