        My double glazing fitter requested a blue door, Express Trade Frames made a white one by accident. My 1600 door arrived and the finish was appalling. My double glazing fitter investigated and told me that Express Trade frames had done a respray on the door instead of making a new one. I saved hard for this new door and I find out that they try to pass off a shoddy resprayed door. I could even see where they had masked off the door to spray it. The paint is now coming off. I asked Express Trading for an explanation, but after months of trying I got no answers, just promises they would investigate and then I would get no response. I am absolutely furious, they have offered no apology, explanation or compensation of any sort. Be warned - there are some strange goings on at this company.
