My only problem is that it's all a bit narrow, and you can often find yourself trying to navigate an obstacle course around other customers and stocking trolleys to get from one end to another.
The self service tills are an excellent recent addition, but that's nothing against the staff, who are all very pleasant, helpful, and often willing to go a little bit further.
I once saw Pete sprinting out of the door whilst I was loading a trolley full of shopping in to the car. I was convinced he was trying to confront a shoplifter, but it looked like the customer had left something behind and he was returning it to them before they got away. Exceptional service!
Everyone always seems to have a smile. I get the impression it's a very well oiled team that enjoys working together, and that's one of the reasons why we always feel welcome when we do our shopping.
