Neve Fleetwood - The best fish merchants in the North West. Fantastic service and delivery time always and the best quality of fish around. I wouldn't go anywhere else .

I have been overly patient with some suppliers to my businesses, unfortunately Neve is one business that I have been far too patient with. I am owed over 400, and have been for months. This is BEFORE the lockdown. I only pay cash for all deliveries, however, whilst they promised a cheque as payment for what I am owed, I was advised later last year that I would have to have it in fish? This obviously makes sense for them, but not for a paying customer. Having called numerous times this week to sort things out, no one will take responsibility. It does not matter the quality of the product if the service is dreadful. The fact they advise me they owe me money but don't pay it is ridiculous, frustrating and annoying. I currently cannot recommend any business using them, and paying up front for the goods.
