Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff, great stock and reasonable prices. A special shout out to the Manager Claire who goes above and beyond customer service and has a fantastic rapport with her staff. Never once in over 20yrs have I gone in to see miserable fed up people working there. It makes shopping a joy instead of a chore!

Ordered jacket 8 weeks ago, they phoned up to see if it was on stock, yes, never got it, reordered 4 weeks ago. They Phoned up to see of it was in stock again, yes, phoned up to see if it had arrived in shop, as nobody has got back to me regarding jacket. I was told by the lady in shop that it's Autumn now and it was a summer jacket and no longer available. It was Summer when l ordered it Joke
