Don't bother wasting your money with this company. Sold me an unsafe phone as the battery exploded within a week of buying it. As a result of the battery exploding it damaged the inside of the phone. Took the phone back under warranty. The battery was replaced, however all the other damage caused by the battery, they want me to pay for.not sure what the point of the warranty is other than to use it to wipe my backside. Staff and and the manager are clueless and the manager is very rude and doesnt want to know about the problem or even accept responsibility of it. Hes clearly got my money so doesnt want to know. Stay clear of this company as they dont seem care about the quality of the products they sell. I accept with a secondhand phone youre not going to get perfection. However I do expect to buy a phone that is safe and proper checks done on it before it is sold. I would give no stars as my rating but have to give 1.
