Great place. Friendly. Quiet. Staff are very friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Most caravans are of an older design - Partingtons are renewing them slowly with more modern ones appearing - but dont let this fool you though. They are all very well maintained, the exteriors are clean and very tidy looking and the interiors are modern and fully equipped, comfortable too. - Some caravans are owned and believe this to be a large part of the site looking so well. Proud owners. The Site is always clean and tidy with well maintained grass and communal areas, shockingly, the maintenance yard is tidy too! There are some outdoor playground areas that are modern and newly replaced and are clean and tidy and great for all ages. Bike riding is permitted around the site. Morning and Evening Entertainment is a little lacking at this location, in the height of summer holidays this could be a negative, but its quite and not overrun with children screaming and shouting. Younger children are happy dancing around and colour pictures. Two Xboxs are located for older ones to use, though game selection is lacking and required a member of staff to login. - Swimming pool and Sauna is very nice and clean thought a little on the cold side. Pool is small, but as its not overly busy this isnt an issue. Bar / Cafe is relaxing and cozy for an afternoon read or a glass of wine. Though the addition of outdoor seating would be a bonus when the sun is shining for a cup of coffee while the children play across the road on the playground. Bar staff are all very friendly and helpful. Over all this is a great place - other locations Partingtons own are larger and have more entertainment and things to do, including apartments for familys, corporate lounge and events. But this site is great for the size and location.
