I am writing this review in response to a post left over 2 1/2 years ago, by Andy potter, what has been posted is far from the truth. Mark was not beating me up as his girlfriend , and he was savagely attacked whilst bending down in his own porch, which resulted in tooth loss , being kicked in the head, from someone who did not know either of us, these sort of reviews should not be allowed especially when they are completely untrue @ a character assassination on a person who runs @ still has a good business for over 30 years, absolutely disgusting.

This plumber installed a new boiler for me previously. My diverter valve since became faulty. He came to replace the whole valve unit without checking if only motor was faulty. He struggled to complete the job properly as his glasses were broken. He didn't fit the valve properly which leaked through the ceiling into my lounge. When i called him he tried to claim it had all been okay when he had left and must be my fault!! I managed to tighten the nuts and stop the leak myself. It still didn't work properly as he hadn't carried out the check out procedure after fitting and the valve was wrongly set. When i contacted him about it during the evening he told me to get an electrician to sort it out and that any further work by him would cost 30 per hour. He then bombarded me with bizarre and ridiculous texts which suggested he was either drunk or on drugs!! I actually managed to reset the valve myself to make it work properly. He charged 180 for the job paid in cash, and he refuses to provide any kind of invoice/receipt for the job. DO NOT USE THIS MAN. HE IS NOT SAFE TO BE WORKING AS A GAS SAFE ENGINEER.
