Went to the shop on Freeport on Sunday 27th February looking for a pair of gloves and ended up buying a leather jacket. Was served by a very polite and helpful assistant

Hi, I went in the Fleetwood store yesterday the 4th Jan 2022. Money has been tight lately with covid affecting my sole trader business. I tried three coats on as I wanted to be sure of my purchase, when I went to try a fourth one on the lady instantly snapped at me saying " look how many more are you going to try on" I replied none thank you and left the shop. 150 is 150 pound, it might not seem much to some but its hard earned cash. What ever happened to the customer is always right? I was going to buy the cafe racer as I really liked it. I will try other outlets. I have many customers but no way would I be so rude to them, they are my living. Regards

I have visited the London Leather Direct today and the member of staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. She wasn't interesting to help us to find the right jacket not enough to give the right size and after i have tried the jacket on and i was looking for another one which is more suitable for me she told me off for trying the jacket. " She said , if you not going to buy the jacket don't try them one because we have to put them away for 72 hours. " I do understand and follow all the Covid 19 guidelines but there is no need to be rude to the clients. How are you going to buy an expensive jacket, if you don't try on ?Absolutely disappointed and i would never go back to this shop even , if I love the jacket.
