        Since handing over the letting of my 5 flats to Nikki and the team at Bradburns estates, I have been extremely impressed with their professionalism and expertise in how they deal with everyday letting, issues with tenants, inspections, Council etc. They keep me informed on a regular basis of anything I need to know about and have given me invaluable advice on all new legislation. I would highly recommend Bradburns to any Landlord looking for help with their property management or a tenant looking to rent a property.

        Whilst living in one of their properties for almost 3 years, there were several reports on our part of damp within the property, which posed a severe health risk to my young son and I who suffer from asthma. There was never any efforts from anyone to resolve the issue. Avoid!
