I gave one star because it would not accept zero stars. I have dealt with these people over the years and have come to the conclusion that these people do more harm than good. When we have mental health problems and we are referred to these people we should by right be entitled to be treated with compassion, respect and dignity. The reality is much different. When staff from here are rude and dismissive it can make patients feel as though their concerns are not valid or important. When staff are incompetent patients may not be given the care they need or may be given conflicting information which can lead to further confusion for the patients. When staff deliberately lie about things they said without fear of consequence its time for the rotteness in the system to be exposed. Just know if you have experienced any of the above you are not alone and realise it is them at fault and not you, that you have been failed by a system that is supposed to care but is actually lacking compassion and humanity.

Poor waiting times for appointment's don't paticuly care about there patience much, waiting months for appointments, lack of communication and help, yet again 3 phone call appointments that were promised no phone call it's absolutely shocking how you treat your patients and I will be making a formal complaint.

One of the Reception team whether they have had training in dealing with those who have poor mental health or not has no empathy, understanding or compassion in dealing with what to people with good mental health may seem easy to handle. Thank you for misdiagnosing me and putting someone who has considered to self harm on an 8 month waiting list.
