Vegan Print

Very disappointing experience. Sent artwork - correct size and did a sample print - image was sharp and crisp. Had a staff member tell me artwork would be blurry if printed at current resolution. Asked for refund as the quality of print could not be assured. Got a very patronising, condescending response back. A simple acceptance of cancellation and a timescale for a refund would have been appropriate - not the response I got. Have used these before, but based on this experience will not be using again.

Had a book printed by Vegan Print last year and they were absolutely excellent! Couldnt have asked for better service. However have been emailing for the last two months trying to get in touch with someone to print another run of it and have only received one email from them. I have no idea if theres been a change of staff or not but really disappointed I havent been sent the quote Ive asked for multiple times now or even another reply. Absolutely dire compared to last year.
