Musuko Karate Academy

Myself and my 2 children attend Musuko Karate Academy and have done for the past several years! The club caters for students of all ages and grades from white belts through to black belts. Some of the black belts compete nationally and internationally and it shows all students especially the children what hard work and dedication can achieve! There are many grandparents with their grandchildren and parents and their children who take part and it makes Musuko a real family orientated club! The senseis who run the classes are incredibly approachable and make the sessions fun as well as educational! It allows my children to learn a martial art, improve balance, increase confidence and more importantly learn discipline and respect and in return have respect shown for them! The karate academy and exercises have strengthened up my core and hugely improve my bad back which was once a daily occurrence of back ache!! It has massively improved my childrens other sports with their ability to improve control and balance when turning and moving! We have made some great friends and would recommend Musuko Karate Academy for anyone wanting to learn a new activity and have a sense of belonging whilst making friends and memories.

In a word - Amazing! My son has achieved goals he never believed were possible with the incredible support and guidance of this club. The club ethos allows students to progress and learn in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere where they feel safe and encouraged.

Musuko Karate Academy is family orientated with fantastic instructors led by Sensei Simon Crowther. My Son has achieved so much and grown as a person, in spirit and confidence since joining the club. I cant thank the MKA instructors enough for all the encouragement and training My son has received. The club is like a 2nd family. Id recommend them to anyone wanting to learn karate.

A fantastic club for all grades and all ages. The Sensei's/Instructors always have plenty of time and experience to share with students. And there's a great friendly family atmosphere. I only wish I'd started sooner (although it's never too late)
