Pacino's Ristorante Italiano

Our first time here for a friend's birthday party. I'm sorry to say that we weren't impressed at all. Although the my food was adequate, my partner's on the other han, weresn't. And other people's orders were incorrect plus we were waiting over an hour for it. I'm sorry but I wasn't impressed and I won't be returning. And i wouldn't recommend it

Really dont understand these other reviews, this is THE worst Italian restaurant I have every been in. For people to write authentic Italian food I take it theyve never been out of Fleetwood. Ive had minestrone soup in Venice , Sorento , Florence, Turin amongst others ,although never had an offering like this! To say it was poor is an understatement. The only decent thing that was served was the garlic bread and the pizza. All other mains and starters were poor in my opinion. Understaffed and more interested in band who were setting up. As I say this is my opinion but failed to see where the positives come from on the other reviews. Thankfully I wont be back.

Absolutely awful food. Nothing tasted fresh and was vert poorly cooked. For starters we had trio of bruschetta, it came served on some sort of flat bread( definitely not bruschetta) and the mushroom topping tasted sour. Other starter was ribs that where very poor and covered in a sauce that was vile. Main course contained a sir loin steak that was requested medium rare, came out well done and the cut of meat was very chewy , had better steak at spoons than this. Nothing about the food reminded me of genuine Italian food. The only positives where the drinks and serving staff. Avoid at all cost.
