Absolutely awful place to be staff are unfriendly service is awful. Manager well he can't even manage manners let alone a holiday park. Definitely would not recommend this park or any other park owned by this company unfortunately staff are ruining the reputation AVOID spend your money where it's appreciated. Micky mouse could do better. Doesn't deserve any stars but had to put one Playground: Not much of a play area but can get by with it

We really enjoyed our stay, because it was early in the year it was nice and quiet, the static caravan was a good size, comfortable and warm, the only problem we had was the WiFi didn't work because we just couldn't get a signal from the router, we must have been to far away. Rooms: We had a good size double bedroom in the static caravan we stayed in, and a second bedroom we didn't use.

Great for a short breaks. Overall okay. Friendly staff and very helpful. Only it seems a little underfunded. Limited entertainment - arcade and bar/cafe are okay. Not much for younger children to do, colouring and some dances are the sum total for evening entertainment. Two Xboxs in the small games room require a login to use and seem to have been abused over time. Swimming pool is great but small and limited to 10 persons - the hot tub on the poolside is a nice addition for over 18s and sauna is great upto 3/4 persons. Over all the site is okay and quiet. Some investment in outdoor playing space is happening great to see. Visited another Partingtons site 20minutes away and the entertainment and facilities are a better organised. It maybe worth allowing visitors going to next site for evening entertainment.
