Ive had nothing but excellent care from this practice. Having seen various doctors in the time and always been satisfied with everything. Yes the receptionist can be a bit off, but no one is perfect. Overall I fully recommend

A certain Doctor is rude and the power has gone to his head. He thinks he can speak to patients and staff anyway he likes such a shame as was such a nice practice but gone down hill.

Reception supervisor is very rude and spoke to me like a child. Shouldn't be allowed to work in customer service. I moved my family to a different GP service.

Absolutely appalling receptionist, I asked to see a doctor regarding being unable to work due to illness and was told categorically that doctors do NOT issue fit notes for Benefits , which of course is totally untrue ! and is the only way to claim by obtaining a fit note from your doctor (standard practice). I so glad all calls are recorded as I was clearly being fobbed off and more importantly lied to The receptionist in question refused me an appointment to speak with my GP on this matter , I have little choice but to contact the practice manager and complain , I know the situation will be resolved eventually but my mental health is at breaking point , I see many negative reviews regarding the professional conduct of receptionist's at this surgery this needs to be addressed Asap
