Absolutely disgusted in this shop. I ordered a funeral flower arrangement for my bothers funeral on 5th July. I chose click and collect and this store was given as the collection address. Delivery date was supposed to have been on 2nd July but this store REFUSED to accept the delivery from Parcelforce 3 times. I'm now left with no flowers for my brothers funeral on Monday as Parcelforce cannot deliver before 7th July.
