Just been for bloods doing and what can I say lovely friendly nurse and reception staff after being told I could not go to whitegate drive due to me living in Poulton which was strange

Everything about this well run spotless centre is a credit to the NHS. The receptionist was welcoming & friendly plus very discreet when taking details. The nurse who dealt with me was professional, thorough and very reassuring. The entire experience was first class. Please pass on my grateful thanks to everyone involved.

I took my husband after he had a fall and injured his back. The service was faultless, from Sophie on reception through to the GP who examined him and prescribed painkillers. They were all so helpful, kind and reassuring. We are so grateful for our NHS, and this proves that the work they do is invaluable - they truly are heros.

Have had a mild pain in my side for 5 Days so thought it wise to get it checked (I am 81).Rang the contact number and was asked perhaps as many as 12 questions then asked it I could go for an appointment Today-said Yes-Call handler said"What time can You get to Fleetwood Centre Today?" (I live in Cleveleys)I said anytime from half an Hour-Sure enough gave Me an appointment in half an Hour.Only waited 10 mins,in reception then saw the Nurse who gave me several tests-gave Me the results and advice on next move.Everything polite and efficient(and spotlessly clean)
